2 pounds baby potatoes, halved

4 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Boil the Potatoes: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the halved baby potatoes. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until fork-tender but still firm. Drain and let them cool slightly.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
