Ingredients

2 cans (16.5 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional icing from cinnamon rolls, for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or softened butter for easy removal of the monkey bread.

Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Pieces: Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and separate the rolls. Cut each roll into quarters.

Mix Sugar and Cinnamon: In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Coat the Dough: Take the quartered pieces of cinnamon roll dough and toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well-coated.

Layer in the Bundt Pan: Arrange half of the coated dough pieces in the bottom of the prepared bundt pan. If using nuts, sprinkle half of the chopped nuts over this layer.

Add the Butter and Brown Sugar: In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar together. Drizzle half of this mixture over the dough in the bundt pan.

Repeat Layers: Add the remaining dough pieces on top of the first layer, followed by the remaining chopped nuts (if using). Drizzle the remaining butter and brown sugar mixture over the top.

Bake the Monkey Bread: Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dough is cooked through.

Cool Slightly: Once baked, remove the bundt pan from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.

Invert and Drizzle: Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate. Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll cans over the warm monkey bread for a delicious finish.

Serve and Enjoy: Pull apart the warm monkey bread pieces and serve immediately! Great for breakfast or brunch gatherings!
