Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Pour the garlic and herb mixture over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes while the oven heats.

Bake the Salmon: Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque throughout.

Serve: Remove from the oven and serve hot, garnished with extra fresh herbs and lemon wedges for an added citrus kick.
