Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/2 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole-grain or spinach wraps

Fresh spinach or lettuce leaves for filling

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, diced celery, halved grapes, and red onion.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken salad mixture and stir gently until everything is evenly coated.

        If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts for added crunch and nutrition.

          Take one whole-grain or spinach wrap and lay a few fresh spinach or lettuce leaves down the center.

            Spoon a generous portion of the chicken salad mixture on top of the greens.

              Carefully fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.

                Repeat this process for the remaining wraps.

                  Once wrapped, slice each wrap in half diagonally for easy eating. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
