2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

4 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup uncooked rice (white or brown)

2 ½ cups chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Pan: In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh broccoli florets and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to turn bright green but are still crisp. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

      Combine Ingredients: In the same skillet, add the uncooked rice, shredded chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well until fully combined.
