1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 medium red bell pepper, sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 cup fresh salsa (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until chicken is well-coated. Let sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
