1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Juice of 1 lime

For the Avocado Cream:

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Optional: pinch of garlic powder

For Serving:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Lime wedges, for garnish

Prepare the Avocado Cream: In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, sour cream, lime juice, salt, and garlic powder (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust salt to taste. Set aside.

    Season the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Squeeze the lime juice over the shrimp and mix well to ensure all shrimp are coated with the spices.
