1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 medium zucchini, sliced

1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

4 square sheets of aluminum foil (about 12x12 inches)

Preheat the Oven or Grill: If using an oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for medium heat.

    Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
