1 tablespoon lime juice

½ cup beef broth

1 ripe avocado

½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 garlic clove

Salt to taste

8 corn or flour tortillas

Shredded lettuce

Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
